By entering SEROJA MT SPORT FISHING Arena or participating in any event, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 12 years of age to enter the arena. Minors aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for their conduct and safety.
Valid Identification
All participants must present valid identification (MyKad or Passport) upon entry. E-tickets are non-transferable and must match the registered participant. Failure to produce valid ID may result in refusal of entry with no refund.
Physical Fitness
Participants confirm that they are in good physical condition to participate in indoor sport fishing activities. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation, please consult a physician before entering.
Registration & Tickets
Entry to tournaments and events requires prior registration and a valid e-ticket. Tickets must be purchased through our official channels only. Resale, transfer, or unauthorised distribution of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
Participants must arrive at the designated check-in time. Late arrivals may forfeit their slot. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms.
Arena Conduct
Code of Conduct
All participants and visitors must behave in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner. Harassment, abuse, foul language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. SEROJA MT SPORT FISHING Arena reserves the right to eject any person who violates these standards, without refund.
Equipment & Bait
Participants must use only approved equipment and bait as specified for each event. The arena may provide equipment or require participants to bring their own—please check event details. Unauthorised equipment or substances are prohibited.
Fair Play
Cheating, tampering with results, or any form of dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification and potential ban from future events. Decisions of arena staff and event officials are final.
Safety & Liability
Participants enter the arena at their own risk. SEROJA MT SPORT FISHING Arena and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participants must follow all safety instructions, signage, and staff directions. Wet surfaces, fishing equipment, and moving parts pose hazards—please exercise caution at all times.
Photography & Media
By entering the arena, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, broadcast, or archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform staff at check-in. Personal photography for non-commercial use is generally permitted unless otherwise stated for specific events.
Changes to Terms
SEROJA MT SPORT FISHING Arena may update these Terms of Entry from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the arena after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
