Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing event tickets. By completing a purchase, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Ticket Cancellations by Customer

72-Hour Window

Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before the event kick-off time. Requests made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.

Within 72 Hours

Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. Slots are locked at this point to ensure fair allocation and operational planning.

Non-Transferable

E-tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is tied to the registered MyKad or Passport number. Resale or transfer of tickets to another person is not permitted.

Event Cancellations by Arena

In the event that SEROJA MT SPORT FISHING Arena cancels or postpones a tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, safety concerns, force majeure), affected participants will be offered:

  • Full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value

Participants will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation will forfeit their ticket. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund within the 72-hour window:

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp
  • Provide your booking reference and registered MyKad/Passport number
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
